If you are...
The process of preparation for receiving Sacraments as an adult or becoming Catholic is known as OCIA (more about it below). You may participate in OCIA even if you simply would like to learn more and ask questions - no commitment is required for the earliest steps of this process.
WHAT IS OCIA?
The Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA) introduces adults to the Catholic faith and tradition, as well as prepares adults for receiving the Sacraments. The OCIA process is one of study, exploration, faith sharing and faith formation. The OCIA Process is for adults who seek full initiation in the Catholic Church, including those who have never been baptized, baptized Christians desiring to convert from other denominations, and baptized Catholics desiring to receive any of the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist).
WHEN DOES OCIA BEGIN?
You can reach out to us at any time - the process begins as soon as you sign up! There are options for meeting individually or in small group sessions. Sacraments of Initiation are bestowed during the Easter season.
