Request a Bulletin/Newsletter Feature

If you are a leader or volunteer in a group or ministry at St. Bartholomew Church, you may request a feature or article in one of our various communication platforms. We also welcome other articles not related to events or programs - if you have a story you'd like to share about something that happened within the St. Bartholomew community or a recap of an event, we welcome those submissions as well.

 We have four main ways that we promote ministries and events: the email newsletter, bulletin, social media and pre-Mass screens. Please send an email with the details of your event to [email protected]. Be sure to include information such as the who, what, when, where and why of your announcement.
 

• BULLETIN - The Sunday bulletin has limited space and prioritizes parish events. Other events or notices from the community or neighboring parishes may be considered as space allows. Deadlines for requesting a slot in the bulletin is Monday at 12PM for the upcoming weekend's bulletin.
• NEWSLETTER - The weekly newsletter is released every Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. This is a great method for advertising events that require a sign-up or have some other online component. 
• SOCIAL MEDIA - We utilize Facebook and Instagram at St. Bartholomew. 
• PRE-MASS SCREEN SLIDES - We have a limited amount of spaces for advertising events on a slideshow that is shown prior to the beginning of Mass and visible to the congregation during the gathering time. These slots are limited to parish-only events.
